Oversaw the finance and accounting functions for three major real estate development initiatives at the Em-pire State Development Corporation, a New York State Agency.

Harlem Community Development Corporation: In 1995, a project worth $20 million was initiated to plan and stimulate economic revitalization in the greater Harlem community.

Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation d/b/a Pacific Park: The project’s initiation took place in 2006, which involved a $4.9 billion mixed-use development spanning 22 acres in downtown Brook-lyn.

Queens West Development Corporation: this project In 1992, this $290 million waterfront development project spanning 74 acres was initiated in Hunters Point, Long Island City.
